Through detailed process mapping, we uncovered a consistent pattern: sales reps were opening the CRM, manually checking and cross-referencing company records against LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, until the were confident in the data they were using.
Many team members admitted they weren’t sure if contacts had left the company, changed roles, or been entered historically by someone else. This uncertainty was slowing down outreach, creating duplicated effort, and leading to missed opportunities.
By enriching existing records with verified emails, LinkedIn profiles, company overviews, and up-to-date contacts using Apollo and OpenAI, we gave the sales team the confidence to move faster — with data they could trust.
