The Zeelee Loop. One process at a time, fixed price, and you own what we build.
Four steps, from the first call to the day you decide what happens next. Everything below is written into your proposal before you sign.
- Step 1
Find
A 20-minute call and a look at how you work. We name the one process worth doing first and give you a fixed proposal that includes what the agent must do to count as working, the monthly plan prices and what it costs to run.
- You get
- A fixed proposal
- How long
- A week, usually
- From you
- 20 minutes, and a walk through the process with the person who does it
- Step 2
Build
Two to four weeks to a working agent in your tools, for the agreed scope, once we have access.
- You get
- A working agent, tested against the acceptance criteria
- How long
- Two to four weeks
- From you
- Access to the systems involved, and someone who can answer questions
- Step 3
Run
Once the agent meets the agreed criteria we go live together, and the included month starts that day. Monitored, your team trained. The proposal says what is monitored and how incidents are handled.
- You get
- One month live, monitored, with your team trained
- How long
- One month from go-live
- From you
- An hour for training, and a named person for exceptions
- Step 4
Grow
After the first month live, you choose a plan, run it yourself, or bring in another provider. The custom work is yours either way, and the proposal says how you keep it running.
- You get
- A choice, with the plan prices already in front of you
- How long
- Plans run on a four-month minimum
- From you
- A decision
What “yours” means
You own
The custom work: workflows, prompts, code written for you, and the accounts they run in.
Licensed to you
Zeelee components reused across builds, which is what makes the fixed price possible. The proposal lists them and the terms.
Third parties
AI providers, telephony, hosting, open-source dependencies. Named in the proposal with what they cost.
If you stop
You keep the custom work and the proposal says how you or another provider keep it running without us.
What the proposal contains
- Pilot price
- Acceptance criteria: what the agent must complete, what needs human approval, how exceptions are handled, how performance is checked
- The go-live definition that starts the included month
- What happens if criteria aren't met
- Plan prices and the minimum term
- Running costs: AI usage, telephony, hosting, subscriptions
- Monitoring scope and incident handling
- Maintenance versus chargeable change
- Ownership: custom work versus licensed components
The three plans
Prices are in your proposal, before you sign. No plan is required: you can run it yourself or appoint someone else.
Keep it running
We monitor, fix and update your agent. Email support, first response within two working days.
Keep it growing
Everything in Keep it running, plus one new process each quarter, up to pilot size, and a quarterly visit to your office.
In the business
Everything in Keep it running, plus half a day a week in your business and a new build every month (the monthly build replaces the quarterly one). Limited availability.
Every plan states how many agents it supports, the scope limit of each included build (up to pilot size), that the half-day is in addition to build delivery, and what counts as maintenance (keeping the agreed agents working as specified) versus a chargeable change (new scope).
Where your data goes
Your CRM and tools stay the main record. To do the work, agents send the relevant information to the AI providers named in your proposal, which may process it outside the UK. We set out what is shared, with whom, how long it's kept and who can access it, and we work within UK GDPR.
If nothing can leave your building, running models on your own hardware is possible subject to feasibility and is scoped and priced separately from a standard pilot.
